We have Horizontal continuous Casting System, which is known as the most defect free production system in the industry. Main two alloys we manufacture are European CW617N and CW614N norms. These two norms are named as CDA385, CDA380, JIS3771, C38000, CuZn40Pb2 and CuZn39Pb3 in different local standards worldwide.
Besides these two main alloys, we are able to manufacture different brass alloys according to customer needs, which are generally used for water-meters and different plumbings manufactures.
Brass billets are cut into length according to customer needs before shipment. You can find the chemical composition table of our brass billets below:
